About Us – Mike and Doug Testa are brothers forming J.S. Testa, LLC.  Together they have over 50 years of combined residential and commercial building experience.

J.S. Testa, LLC is known for their superior workmanship and products in every project they build.  Their teamwork, responsiveness and persistence are the building blocks of the company.

Growing up in and around the construction industry since they were young, Mike and Doug have the building experience and knowledge to be as productive and efficient as possible.  This allows them to offer the best finished product for the money.  In 1997, they made a big move from Long Island, NY to the South, where they fell in love with the Lake Norman area.  Since then, they have built numerous custom homes in various communities and commercial buildings around Lake Norman and the Charlotte area.
Mike, Doug and their personnel work closely with the owner, giving every project the time and attention it deserves.This time and attention are what enables J.S. Testa to create truly unique homes and projects for their clients.  The company’s ultimate goal is a satisfied customer who has enjoyed an exciting and memorable building experience.
